Hi, Kathi – – I’m going thru my craft shelves today and using your podcasts to motivate me – thank you! =] I really liked this one. However, whenever I’ve tried to prep food ahead of time for the week, it is seriously a 4-5 hour ordeal. Just curious on how long your hour of power actually takes you, especially with the week planning, etc. included? Is that basically all of your Sat or Sun? Or, am i just working at a turtle’s pace?
Thank you so much for all of your ideas, encouragement and enthusiasm! I really appreciate everything you do!
