Lois Mayday Rabey
It can be words of encouragement, something flirty and sexy, sweet whispers and so on. Leave the post it where only he will find it. It can be in his briefcase, wallet, on his car steering wheel, underwear drawer, tool box, whatever he is going to open or use today. Below I listed 21 ideas to get you started thinking. If you need to use one from the list below or make up your own Post-It greeting.

I love you. I’m proud of all you do for our family. You’re very distracting sometimes. I’m blessed you’re mine.
I’m going to send this one today:
Smart and good looking – I’ve got the whole package in you!
My husband will appreciate it, I’m sure!
Here’s the reply I got from my husband, Kathi:
“Thanks, but did you take some different meds this morning or what?”
My husband loves it when I email him just to say I’m thinking about him. He especially loves this when he’s having a stressful day because of pressures at work. I love it when he comes home to tell me that my email made him smile. 🙂
My boyfriend is an over the road truck driver and I was looking for ways to say I love you while he was no the road other than on the phone or in a text. this is a great idea. When I pack his laundry this time Ill be hiding post it, through out it for him to find.
I’m so glad this brought you some inspiration!!
I write my boyfriend 2-3 post it notes and put them in his appointment book, wallet, and attach to his dresser in the mornings. It makes him smile every day and makes life so much happier!

I am so blessed to spend my life with you… Thanks for all the laughs- here’s to many more. 1-10? (Our secret code…)
I texted my hubby: Thanks for all the things you do around here! And left the following on a note for him in his lunch bag: Thanks for working so hard at such a difficult job to provide for us.
You coat my world in awesome sauce.
I have four written for my husband. I will put one in his Kindle cover, one in his laptop, one in his briefcase, and one in his statistics textbook.
They say:
“I love you!”
“You are my Sexy Eyes.”
“I am blessed to have you in my life.”
“You can be very distracting, you know!”
I love you honey. Thank you for working so hard to provide for us 🙂
Totally just tried to text my hubby one of these… “You ate the kind of husband that makes other wives jealous!” Thanks for that auto-correct!
Oh my – totally giggled over that one. Sounds like something that would happen to me.
When my husband and I first started dating, he put a little red heart on both sides of the screen door right next to the knob so I would see it, A year later, he traces over the hearts when they start to fade, I leave him notes in his lunch box all the time and we both leave messages on the bathroom mirror all the time, but I have to say the funniest note he left me would be on the toilet paper roll, I looked at the roll and he had unrolled it and wrote “I LOVE YOU” several times and rolled it back up, He really is the kind of husband that makes other wives jealous….He’s my second marriage and my forever HUSBAND. I love my Babe
About a year ago I wrote the words ‘I love you because…’ on our bathroom mirror in lipstick and use post it’s to fill in the blank. Sometimes he writes them too. I’ve kept them all in a comp notebook and plan to reuse it maybe at our wedding 🙂
I literally just did this for my husband a couple days ago, before I found this pinned on pinterest! I left him four.
Under his pillow: I feel so safe and happy to sleep next to you
Behind his shave gel: Those piercing blue eyes melt my heart every time you laugh at me
In the pocket of his flannel shirt: I love how you look like a yummy lumberjack when you wear this!
In his dress shoes: I love how you stand firm for everything that is best and true for us.
He’s found the first two so far, the last two are yet to be discovered…. it’s really fun. 🙂
My husband used to do this all the time when he left for work before I woke up. It was so sweet. Now he just tells me he loves me since we are getting ready for work at the same time.
” you + me = three ” 🙂
” you + me = three ” 🙂
My husband works 2 hours away and stays in an apartment during the week. I post-it’d thanking him for sacrificing his precious time away from home to provide for me and out teenage sons! He’s the best!
Thank you for working so hard for our family. I love you!
I love and appreciate you beyond words. I am proud of the man i am able to say is my husband!! I love you to the moon and back =)
I appreciate you for working so hard for us!! And You can be very distracting u know…which should be related to when we first met and started dating…
Elephant Shoes. We’ve been saying it to each other for almost 20 years (since we were dating). If you look in the mirror when you say it, it looks like you are saying “I love you”. 🙂
You’re my favorite LEGO!
(We used to say this when we were dating because we fit so well together)
We actually say the same thing to each other!
You are my heaven! Is what I placed in my husbands closet, because he is my heaven on earth.
“I love you.”
I can’t wait to marry you all over again! (he recently lost his wedding ring and is in the process of replacing it)
I once left a special “picture book” under my husband’s pillow with a note on his pillow that said, “Look under here!” I left it at a time I knew I was taking the kids out of the house for a little while and only he would find it. Unfortunately, my 5 year old walked in to my room and shouted, “Hey Look! Someone left a note for Daddy!! It must have been the tooth fairy!!!” After that, I’ve learned to find better hiding places for my most “special” notes!
I’m proud of you. Thank you for working so hard for us:)
Let’s go to the zoo! (our special code words!) 😉
That’s ours too! 😉
your amazing and your the type of husband that makes other wives jealous!!!
I love you
