Impromptu Husband Project 5 day challenge:
Each day this week, I will post a little challenge here on the blog. If you actually DO the challenge, let me know by putting it in that day’s comments, and you will be entered to win that day’s giveaway. All winners will be drawn on Saturday, so you have a couple of days to finish each task if you need it, but really? I am going to keep them so simple you will be able to do them with no problem (hey, isn’t that what The Husband Project is all about?
Project #1 YOU D’ MAN – Spreading some great gossip about your man.
In this project, all you have to do is do a little bit of bragging about your guy. (And no, bragging in the comments here on the blog to a bunch of people your husband doesn’t know does not count…)
I want you to tell someone you both know how great your husband is (or maybe that he is super sexy because he did the dishes without being asked.)
And bonus? You get double entries if you brag about him to either of your mothers or kids.
So post in the comments what you said about your man and to who, and you will be enterend in the drawing for Red Hot Monogomy! (But really, the real reward? Making your husband feel like a Rock Star…)
My brother in law was bragging to me about how great Gregg is. I say “Yea! He walks his talk and is a man of integrity!”
And then to my son this morning. He had asked Gregg is he could borrow his hot car to take his girlfriend to lunch. Gregg did let him. I said, “That’s your dad. Generous with his stuff and trusting you!”
Okay – I’m a little behind too. You’re up to project 3 and I’m on 1. On Wednesday I told co-workers and family members about Walt’s successful trip to South Carolina to share Christ with Marine Corps recruits. Over 100 responded. Now I’m telling you.
I had a project that needed a photographer and so Gregg stepped in. I got so many compliments on the pictures that it gave me the chance to say how patient Gregg was in doing this, the research he put into learning about the camera and setting up the shots. He even came home early to help me. Those acts really showed me he loved me and cared about what I was into. And I made sure to sing his praises to others!
My husband has been working every night and weekend to get our apartment ready to go on the market. I love it that I can post on FB how proud I am of him so EVERYONE can know what an amazing man he is!
He FOUND it!!! He is relentless. Boy am I lucky to have him!!!
Today he was such a amazing guy. I the stone in my wedding ring fell out. He quit literally took the whole car apart. Unscrewing things & removing the seats of my car to find it.The guy isn’t even upset he went threw all that & unfortuantly we still didn’t find it. I wanted everyone to know what a great guy he is so I posted it on FB. & sent out a mass text. lol
I’m truely blessed to have him. While I’m heartbroken about my ring at least I have him. It’s a good thing we tattoo’d them also. 🙂
I regularly post something about him on facebook and then tag him in it so he knows I was bragging on him 🙂
Todays was “How did I ever get so lucky to marry a man like my husband? You are amazing”
I was speaking with my mother-in-law this morning and bragged about my husband getting me Starbucks yesterday. I woke up at 5:45 a.m. to walk the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and my husband wasn’t home. About 10 minutes after I woke up, he arrived at home with my favorite Starbucks coffee.
