Kathi and her best back to basics buddy, Roger Lipp, are taking us back to the basics by helping us establish routines. After a super crazy 12 months, the Lipps are the perfect pair to talk about the importance of routines. Having a habit of good routines helped them to keep up with responsibilities during unexpected circumstances. There are a lot of misconceptions about routines, but the bottom line is when we have good routines, we can avoid decision fatigue and overwhelm.
