I love using essential oils, with my favourites being lavender and ylang-ylang. However, I’ve now got a new clutter-related problem thanks to all those little bottles…
New to oils, but in answer to question what is the smell I love the most, it would have to be new mown grass!
Nothing like being outdoors and have that fresh, green smell of grass (not marijuana!) to breath in.
Puts you at one with the earth.
I love lavender!
I add a combination of lemon, lavender and peppermint to water or a protein shake for seasonal allergies.

I’m new to essential oils. My favorite smells are lavender and vanilla.
I have several essential oils, but when I am in a hurry I always find the lavender first.

I love Thieves, peppermint, and lavender….the list could honestly go on and on!
What is your favorite go-to essential oil recipe?
I love to put a combo of citrus oils in my Rainbow vacuum and diffusers, it really makes the house smell clean!!
In my diffuser at work I use peppermint, and during cold season I put eucalyptus and peppermint as an ‘essential oil’ blend of Vicks vapo rub!
I am new to essential oils, but I love the smell of lavender & lemon. Yesterday I had my tooth pulled, it was pretty intense because there was a bad infection with swelling and the Novocain wasn’t working because of it and the dental assistant was putting lavender oil on my face to try to help me relax.

I’m pretty need to oils but I love lavender. I suffer from frequent headaches and that always seems to help.

Newbie here! A friend started me with Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint in a roller ball for seasonal allergies. And it’s still my favorite scent combination in a diffuser.
I love the smell of lemon and the citrus oils. Definitely newbie as far as experience goes.
I have used peppermint oil to relieve headaches. Just use it sparingly! It’s so strong and it can really affect your eyes.
I love lavender and made my daughter’s bath with a few drops of it when they were little to encourage sleep.

I am definitely a newbie to essential oils. My daughter in law had a blend going in a diffuser type spray thing(not sure what it is called) while we were visiting last week. I have been playing with essential oils and discovered that ginger oil mixed with some coconut oil is amazing for muscle and arthritis pain. It works almost instantly to relieve pain! Just make sure you don’t use too much ginger oil or it will feel really hot!
I’m fairly new to essential oils, mostly diffusing them and using rollers on occasion. This podcast was so helpful and the book sounds like an excellent next step in learning! I love peppermint and lemon.

I was introduced to essential oils in early spring this year. I started with one drop each of lemon, lavender, and peppermint under my tongue each morning and evening and for the first time in 20 years, I did not have seasonal allergies!! This has been such a God send. Sometimes my allergies were so bad I would get sinus infections. I wouldn’t have believed essential oils could be so powerful if I had not experienced them.
